Another great vegetable that can make it easier to lose fat is the avocado. Avocado will raise your good cholesterol as well as boosting hormones that burn fat, making losing fat much easier. Eliminating stomach fat can be done, but as long as you understand the facts regarding which foods will shrink it as well as keep you healthy and in shape.
