3. No Diet:Yes, no diet is the third Diet for fat loss truth that will make get a toned body. By that I mean you have to stop thinking of all these as diet and make them your normal eating lifestyle. Failure to do so will result in getting more pounds after losing them, because you wont develop the discipline to main them.
